(PT) Instructor, Workforce Solutions (Employability Skills)

Reports to the Assistant Director, Workforce Development Operations; provides instruction as directed and uses effective teaching methods; measures student learning outcomes and progress; monitors attendance logs and required documentation; works with program coordinator/manager; performs related duties as assigned.

Subject Areas: Time Management, Communication, Conflict Resolution, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Team Building, Customer Service, Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills, and Planning for Success 

A minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching subject area preferred; experience teaching adults and diverse populations; strong oral and written communication skills. 

Terms of Employment

This position may require flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and may require duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
